Hangover Lunch

The boldness! I went out last night, had a vodka too many (diet mixer of course) and then accidentally got a taco chips on the Way home!!

So in a bid to be good today – healthy lunch

Salmon fillet simply baked no seasoning, rocket leaves, cherry vine tomatoes sliced and 30g feta (healthy A) I used a tablespoon of balsamic syrup drizzled over it all – Delish and feel very virtuous 🙂
